Our Search Process
Define Goals and Parameters
  1. Ensure we understand the client’s objectives and corporate culture
  2. Obtain a clear understanding of the position’s responsibilities, potential for career growth, compensation, and the desired profile of the successful candidate
  3. Formulate and deliver a search plan to client
  4. Receive feedback from client
Recruit and Present Qualified Candidates
  1. Identify target sources and procure candidates, utilizing carefully focused cold-calling, our proprietary data base, and referrals via our extensive network of industry contacts
  2. Screen and evaluate candidates. We will readily accept and utilize screening tools provided by the client. For very technical and specific searches, we find that this approach saves valuable time
  3. Narrow the list of candidates, typically two to four per position
  4. Provide resumes and additional candidate information to the client and review this information
  5. Prompt feedback at this point in time is critical to ensuring the success of the search
Interview Process
  1. Quickly obtain and confirm a workable interview schedule
  2. Receive prompt candidate feedback following interviews and compare notes with the client
  3. Conduct reference checks. We also recommend clients conduct reference checks concurrently
  4. Narrow candidate list prior to final interview
  5. Ensure both parties have realistic expectations at time of offer. If our client will invest the time to interview and extend an offer, we strive to ensure that the offer will be accepted
Follow Up
  1. Upon request, we may follow up with new hires at a 30-60-90 day interval, thus ensuring that the client may be aware of any potential concerns or problems that might otherwise remain unknown. We view the client’s retention of our new hires as a key to achieving our goals and developing a long-term relationship.
