concentrates heavily in telecommunications convergence
and emerging technologies. We partner, on a retained and/or exclusive basis, with

potential. We recruit professionals in the engineering, support, and sales sectors.
We generally work with individuals with three or more years experience, with a base
pay of $50K or higher. If your expertise reflects the sale, design, implementation, or
management of WAN enterprise solutions, and you are skilled in network security, VPN,
application hosting, and B2B E-Commerce solutions, you are the type of person Garcia
& Associates, LLC works with on a daily basis.
This industry is a roller coaster, with each year bringing incredible opportunity for
many - and uncertainty for some. M&A activity, convergence, expansion/consolidation,
and daily shifts in strategic alliances are all part of a typical day in the telecom industry.

recruiters within the industry. We earn repeat business and typically secure an exclusive
relationship with key clients, or within one of their specific divisions. Nine out of ten of
our placements will result from cold calling your direct competition, or referrals generated
from such contact. We like to find the successful candidate in the passive job market, the
one who has just earned a promotion, or made President's Club. The person who isn't
necessarily looking, but is open-minded to better opportunities. New technologies are
an additional resource, but we tend to place a low value on resume "harvesting" via the
